Seyed-Mojtaba Gashti, DO

Dr. Gashti is a board-certified vascular surgeon with over two decades of experience in minimally invasive endovascular procedures. After completing his General Surgery residency in New York, he pursued advanced fellowship training in both General Vascular Surgery in New Jersey and Endovascular Surgery in Baltimore.
Since entering private practice in 1999, Dr. Gashti has remained at the forefront of vascular care, offering cutting-edge treatments for a wide range of conditions. His clinical expertise includes:

• Carotid artery disease, including the latest minimally invasive technique known as TCAR (Transcarotid Artery Revascularization)
• Aortic aneurysms and dissections involving the abdominal and thoracic regions
• Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and limb salvage
• Dialysis access creation and maintenance
• Comprehensive management of venous disease

He has trained medical students, residents, and vascular surgery fellows, and has served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Miami, Nova Southeastern University, and Florida Atlantic University.
