Chelsea Wright is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with focused expertise in vascular and interventional care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University in 2019, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and has dedicated her advanced practice career exclusively to the field of vascular medicine.
Since joining Premier Vascular & Interventional in 2021, Chelsea has provided compassionate, personalized care to patients with a wide range of vascular conditions. Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, thorough assessment, and clear patient communication.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Chelsea worked as a registered nurse in cardiovascular and intensive care units, gaining extensive experience in critical care, post-operative recovery, and patient education.
