Aylen Hernandez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Aylen Hernandez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for providing compassionate, personalized care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with Highest Honors, and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Aylen gained more than 14 years of nursing experience across perioperative care, neuro-telemetry, neurosurgery, vascular care, and women’s health.
Her extensive clinical experience has shaped her patient-centered approach, with an emphasis on thorough assessment, patient education, and helping patients feel comfortable and
supported throughout their care.

A Florida local for more than 25 years, Aylen feels most at home near the water. When she is not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling, making memories with her family, and doting on
her beloved pup..
